Mango Pineapple Habanero Cantaloupe Mint Sorbet

Refreshing Summer Sweet and Sassy Treat

Equipment

  • Food processor
  • Freezer
  • Baking Sheet
  • Parchment Paper

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Canteloupe peeled, seeded, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup Bernard's Gourmet Foods Mango Pineapple Habanero Salsa to taste
  • 2 Limes juiced
  • 16 Mint Leaves reserve 8 for garnish
  • 4 to 6 Tbsp Honey depending on sweetness of cantaloupe

Instructions
 

  • Place cantaloupe cubes on parchment lined baking sheet
  • Freeze for 2 hours
  • Combine frozen cantaloupe, MPH Salsa, lime juice 8 mint leaves and honey in food processor
  • Process until smooth
  • Serve immediately or freeze in freezer safe container until ready to serve
  • Garnish with a teaspoon of salsa and mint leaf
