Mango Pineapple Habanero Cantaloupe Mint Sorbet
Refreshing Summer Sweet and Sassy Treat

- Freezer
- Baking Sheet
- Parchment Paper
Ingredients
- 1 Canteloupe peeled, seeded, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup Bernard's Gourmet Foods Mango Pineapple Habanero Salsa to taste
- 2 Limes juiced
- 16 Mint Leaves reserve 8 for garnish
- 4 to 6 Tbsp Honey depending on sweetness of cantaloupe
Instructions
- Place cantaloupe cubes on parchment lined baking sheet
- Freeze for 2 hours
- Combine frozen cantaloupe, MPH Salsa, lime juice 8 mint leaves and honey in food processor
- Process until smooth
- Serve immediately or freeze in freezer safe container until ready to serve
- Garnish with a teaspoon of salsa and mint leaf
