Sassy Summer Soups

Summer Saturday Morning is to Farmers Market as Farmers Market is to Watermelon in our community. One of our favorite ways to enjoy our farmers market finds is this family favorite, Tomato y Red Pepper Watermelon Gazpacho. #MouthWateringGoodnessY’all!!!

Speaking of family favorites, Tomatillo y Poblano Avocado Corn Soup is our baby granddaughter’s favorite! She loves to dip her oyster crackers in it.
