Sassy Summer Soups

Summer Saturday Morning is to Farmers Market as Farmers Market is to Watermelon in our community. One of our favorite ways to enjoy our farmers market finds is this family favorite, Tomato y Red Pepper Watermelon Gazpacho. #MouthWateringGoodnessY’all!!!

Speaking of family favorites, Tomatillo y Poblano Avocado Corn Soup is our baby granddaughter’s favorite! She loves to dip her oyster crackers in it. What we love about it, in addition to the perfect creamy blend of our Tomatillo y Poblano salsa with avocado and sweet corn, is you can enjoy it warm, cold or at room temp. True confession: We do all three!

One Grand Prize Later, a star was born! Here is the easiest breeziest no-crank-required version.

David’s take on Canteloupe Mint Sorbet elevated with our MPH Gourmet Roasted Salsa is another summer refreshment our family and friends love and we hope you will too!
